Congratulations to Eileen in her career endeavors - but sad for Studio 138 that we will no longer offer early Monday AM Yoga or Happy Hour Yoga on Fridays - effective immediately. These classes may be reintroduced if another instructor is found - but for now - please note that these classes are temporarily off the schedule.
Thank you to everyone who attended our fun events so far this week - the American Heart Association Fundraiser hosted by Donna and Paula. We raised $280 (and counting!) that will go support the AHA and all the great work they do! And we hope you enjoyed the Mardi Gras celebration with Sherina and Nancy on Tuesday night! 90 minutes of good, sweaty fun - and thank you for continuing to bring Food Bank donations to Studio 138.
Next up - Girls Night Out on Friday Night. Join Nancy for Zumba at 6:15 PM and then stick around for some fun. At 7:30 PM we will open the Nacho Bar, Margarita Tasting, and T-shirt slashing! $20 entry fee - space is limited so register ASAP.

You don't have to be a master to attend this class. Open to Everyone! Kass is featured as an avatar on the Zumba2 Wii game. She has appeared on the Martha Stewart show promoting Zumba Fitness and appeared with Beto (the founder of Zumba Fitness) around the globe. Pre-register at the Studio (cash/check) or by emailing nshattuck@yahoo.com (you will receive a paypal invoice by email). $20 if paid by Friday, February 3rd. Otherwise, $25 at the door.

We are excited to partner with Freedom Dance Company (our neighbors) for a Morning Family Fitness Program. Starting February 5th, Freedom Dance Company will offer a Creative Movement class for preschool aged children. Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:15 AM - 10:45 AM. Bring the kiddos and they will be exposed to lots of fun music and movement - and you can join Donna, Aimee, and Darlene for 1 hour of Zumba Fitness at Studio 138 at 9:30 AM.
