The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life!
The routines feature interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got a Zumba® class!

Zumba toning blends the body-sculpting techniques and specific Zumba moves into one calorie-burning, strength-training class. The class uses weighted, maraca-like Zumba Toning Sticks to enhance rhythm and build strength. Students may also use 1-3 pound weights to participate in this class.
YogaFit is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of athletes or individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power in a fitness format. YogaFit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness. The YogaFit style reduces the risk of injury and augments recovery for ailments including stress, lower back pain and tension
Aerobic walk classes conducted using the indoor walking techniques established and proven through the many years of success of Leslie Sansone’s Walk at Home programs. This way of walking for health and fitness or weight loss allows participants to walk miles indoors or outside in a group setting. Each class features walking as your brisk exercise with walk boosters to add firminng and stretch exercises for flexibility.
CrossFit
Constantly varied, functional movement executed at high intensity. What does this mean for you? You will never be bored, you will always be challenged and we will help you reach your fitness goals. “CrossFit is a core strength and conditioning program. We have designed our program to elicit as broad an adaptational response as possible. CrossFit is not a specialized fitness program but a deliberate attempt to optimize physical competence in each of ten recognized fitness domains. Oasis
Older Active Adults Staying Independent and Strong
A unique program offered to older adults, those new to fitness or recovering from an injury. Oasis centered classes focus on maintaining and improving fitness, mental agility, and good health. Instructors will assist participants in improving flexibility, strength, and endurance.
